Home Grown Community Owned

This group has been involved across Devon in community food projects - and has helped out on Sidmouth and East Devon projects:

As HogCO members you will be part of a growing network of nearly 70 community food projects in Devon. We work with rural communities to support local food projects and help groups join together to develop skills, access land and opportunities to grow their own food.
HogCO - Home Grown Community Owned | About HogCO

Home Grown - Community Owned (HogCO) is a 5 year Community Council of Devon programme funded through the Big Lottery Fund's Local Food Scheme.
Please see the About us page for more information on the ways in which we support food growing projects across Devon.

PROJECT UPDATE: March 2013
Unfortunately we have now reached the end of the fourth year of funding, which also marks the end of the main operational phase of the HogCO project. HogCO will continue for a further fifth year (until March 2014) but with very limited staff time and available budgets. We can however continue to provide advice (please contact us if you need help or guidance with your food growing project) and will be looking at other means by which we can support groups, so please do email or phone us to discuss whether we are able to help you.
Get in touch with us today to see how we can help you.

HogCO have helped the Sidmouth Food Group of the VGS and Friends of the Byes:
