Nominations for the LGiU C’llr Awards 2014 are by nomination form. All categories should be entered using the C’llr Awards 2014 Nomination Form, except the Bruce-Lockhart Member Scholarship, which has a separate nomination process and form. Only one entry per form.
Please send completed forms to awards@lgiu.org.uk.

How to enter the C’llr Awards 2014 (for all categories except the Bruce-Lockhart Member Scholarship)
Use this form to tell us why you think your nominated councillor deserves to win the category. We want to understand what this councillor has contributed personally, including:
- their main achievements that support their nomination to the category
- what this councillor has done to make these achievements possible
- what has changed because of the contributions that this councillor has made
- why this councillor deserves to win over other entrants.
