Knowle relocation project: waiting for the tribunal process to be 'completed'

Again, the press has chosen to highlight the saga of the District Council releasing - or not releasing - documents around its relocation project:

And yet, whilst awaiting for the next tranche of documents, it is clear that the Tribunal feels it has been treated in a 'discourteous and unhelpful manner':
