A Park & Ride route for Sidmouth >>> Knowle Park to Connaught Gardens

This message was received earlier today from Sidmouth resident Graham Cooper:

Following the P&R feature on the FF blog, Richard E made some interesting points.

Also reflecting upon the current Hopper scheme which might be described as a park and change arrangement I drew up the attached proposal.
I suggest a summer  trail period for a P&R route between the Knowle and Manor Road Car Parks via the Triangle.
This 15 minute service would connect two of Sidmouth finest attributes; the Knowle Park and Connaught Gardens.
The route would transport visitors through the attractive Station Road Gateway to the Triangle, (surely one of the most beautiful bus stations in the country) and along the seafront. Such a service would encourage folk to visit the charms of the Knowle Park while offering a most impressive and enjoyable route.
