A year ago, the Exeter Eco-Housing Coop was set up:
Futures Forum: A solution to our housing problems: the housing coop: Transition Exeter meeting Weds 10th September

This Wednesday they meet for their AGM - plus a presentation from Exeter City Council:


Exeter City Council has encouraged and supported Exeter ECo- Housing Co-opreative. The Council builds all their new homes to the passiv standard.
We're delighted that Emma Osmundson & Caroline Massey, Exeter City Council can join us to speak about ‘Why the Council builds passiv houses’.
The AGM will be short and include an update on our progress over the past year. All are welcome - please invite your friends!

This looks like an interesting event discussing what's going on and the future for communities in Exeter might look like and how some of the money from builders levies can be spent.
