Brexit: and £350million for Devon's hospitals

The Leave campaign famously promised £350m for the NHS:

Two weeks before the referendum, the Conservative MP for Totnes Dr Sarah Wollaston, a former GP and, as chair of the Health Select Committee, one of the most authoritative voices on the NHS, defected from the Leave side to the Remain side:

The campaign group 350 degrees is pushing for a petition on the issue:
KEEP THE PROMISE OF £350 MILLION FOR OUR NHS

And the future PM is coming to Devon on Friday: 
Mr Johnson is due to be having lunch with an audience of Conservative members and Tiverton and Honiton MP Neil Parish at the Tiverton Hotel on Friday, July 1.
"Yes, there will be a substantial sum of money which we will no longer send to Brussels, but which could be used on priorities such as the NHS."
