Knowle relocation project: a new building does not come readily-clad in green ivy

It is clear that the proposed development at Knowle will be massively imposing:

However, as pointed out by a correspondent, this is not accurate, even if the perspective of the developer is accepted as such:

Please find attached sketch based on Pegasus’s own perspective.
I have removed the ivy to reveal the impact on the terraces and how it will dominate the park setting and monument.
