There will soon be more plastic than fish in the sea

We have a serious problem with nerdles/nurdles - or tiny pieces of plastic in our oceans:

And one of the biggest issues is plastic bottles:

Last month, Greenpeace made its point about plastic pollution outside Coca Cola's European HQ:

Today, this photo has gone round the world - with Greenpeace making the point that the stomachs of whales are full of plastic - and that there will be more plastic in the oceans than fish in a few years' time:
