Knowle relocation project: BREAKING NEWS >>> "PegasusLife have lodged their appeal with the Inspectorate"

The official deadline to appeal for the developers of the Knowle site is this week:
Futures Forum: Knowle relocation project: deadline to appeal planning decision >>> today, 6th June

The District Council's website states that the appeal status is 'unknown':
16/0872/MFUL | The construction of an assisted living community for older people comprising extra care units, staff accommodation and communal facilities, including a kitchen, restaurant/bar/cafe, a well-being suite comprising gym, treatment rooms and pool, a communal lounge and storage facilities; car parking for residents, visitors and staff of the assisted living community; comprehensive landscaping comprising communal and private spaces; and associated groundworks. | Council Offices Knowle Sidmouth EX10 8HL

However, it is understood that the Planning Office at the District Council have confirmed that "PegasusLife have lodged their appeal with the Inspectorate and EDDC expect to be contacted within a week or so."

It is now a question of how and when the appellant's documentation will be available.
