To put in context the current Pegasus life Appeal against the refusal of its planning application for Knowle, some relevant publicly-available links will be posted here, for general information. This is one contains a useful overview of the site, and some of the issues:

The appeal documents are now available to view on line - although it is understood that the appeal file names do not conform to the Planning Inspectorate requirements - and the Care Housing Needs Assessment document is not available as yet:
