It has sent out a reminder that the Town Council will not now be considering the report on Port Royal next Monday:

As the study report regarding Port Royal has not been finalised, please be advised that Port Royal will NOT now be on the agenda for the Sidmouth Town Council meeting next week (Monday, 6th November). The East Devon District Council’s press release issued on 16th October states: “Having heard the debate and views of the Reference Group in connection with the draft, the consultant has requested further time to refine the study report and in particular to detail recommendations about further investigations in respect of flooding and covenants.
