Knowle relocation project: new FOI request on S106 cash

A fresh Freedom of Information request has gone out asking about the costs of the relocation project:

... a new FOI request has just been made on what the District Council would hope to get out of the developer at Knowle - should they get their planning permission:


Dear East Devon District Council,
I understand that EDDC has just signed an S106 agreement with Pegasus Life for their development at the Knowle.
Can you please provide me with all documents you hold relating to this agreement.
