Knowle relocation project: aka Knowlexit

There are depressing parallels between the move from Europe and the move from Sidmouth...

A few questions present themselves on Brexit:
- whether about money: Does the Brexit dividend actually exist? - BBC News
- or process: The UK passport deal was at least transparent. Elsewhere, it's a different story | Colin Cram | Public Leaders Network | The Guardian and Why is the government so afraid to publish its Brexit impact studies? - Politics.co.uk
- or viability: Labour should ask if Brexit is the right decision, not just push for a softer version | Owen Smith | Opinion | The Guardian

And similar questions come to mind on more parochial matters
- whether about money, process or viability:

During last night's annual Town Assembly...
Meeting of Sidmouth Town Council - Monday 9 April 2018

... questions were raised about the current state of negotiations around the parkland at Knowle
- and these touched on the matters of money, process and viability.

The following responses were given:

> The question of expense has not been resolved - in terms of the upkeep of the grounds once they become the property and, therefore, the responsibility of the Town Council.

> There will be a 'handover phase' - but the exact length and nature of this has not yet been determined.

> Whilst the grounds include both the formal gardens and the lower area, including the grasscrete car park, it is not clear whether PegasusLife, once they start developing the site, will be making use of the car park area.

The matter of giving the remaining grounds to the Town Council has been discussed for some time:
