Letter to John Kinsey, JLL, Exeter

Dear Friends, Shortly after I last wrote I instructed a Structural Engineer to do a survey of the Drill Hall. This has not yet proved possible. Today I wrote to Mr John Kinsey of JLL who is handling the sale on behalf of East Devon District Council. I have put a copy of the letter on this page. I am very concerned that there are no sales details available and we can't get a structural survey done.
