District Council and plastic pollution >>> What percentage is recycled, what percentage is incinerated and what percentage goes to landfill?

Recently, an FOI request went to the county council:
“Sending plastic to the correct reprocessor” - a Freedom of Information request to Devon County Council - WhatDoTheyKnow

This was followed up by another to the district council:
Sending plastic to the correct reprocessor - to EDDC - a Freedom of Information request to East Devon District Council - WhatDoTheyKnow

And just today, Radio Exe has made a further FOI to the district council: 

Plastic Recycling Rates

Dear East Devon District Council,

Can you please let us have details of what has happened to your plastic recycling for the last three financial years viz 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18? 

What percentage is recycled, what percentage is incinerated and what percentage goes to landfill and the total number of tons for each category? 

Is black plastic a problem for you?

Councils have indeed been having problems with their black plastic:
Futures Forum: Two-thirds of plastic in packaging pots and trays is unrecyclable > "Manufacturers must scrap the 'smorgasboard' of plastics which are used in packaging for key foods so that councils can reduce waste sent to landfill and increase recycling."
