Knowle relocation project: new FOI request for a full list of those 'involved in the construction of the new office block' in Honiton.

There are potential problems lurking for the builder of the new District Council's HQ:

We could wish them good luck:

Or we could say that actually, no body really would want to work there anyway:

And still we don't know the full costs of the relocation project:

Dear East Devon District Council,

I am writing to request a list of all subcontractors, suppliers and consultants & telephone numbers involved in the construction of new office block with SUDS and associated car parking, for new East Devon District Council headquarters. 

The associated works include sewer systems, landscaping, infrastructure, enabling and access roads. .

Please may I request this due to the freedom of information act 2000.
