Plastic pollution: the impact on our oceans and what we can do about it.

There's a heck of a lot of plastic in our oceans - and as it gets eaten by fish, so it gets into our food:

How plastic gets from your hand to your plate

Hi there,

My name is Amy with SLO active, a social enterprise dedicated to cleaning up our oceans. I'm always on hunt for posts, advocates, resources whenever we're writing a new post for SLO active, so when I came across this post How plastic gets from your hand to your plate on I thought I'd reach out. Kudos on a fantastic post!

We recently published a guide, titled Plastic Pollution: Single Use Plastic Impact on our Oceans, that I think would be a great resource for your readers. It's comprehensive, intensely detailing the facts and figures of plastic pollution, the impact on our oceans and marine life, and much more. I'd really appreciate it if you could include our guide as a resource in the article mentioned above or in similar article.

Here is a link to our guide: http://sloactive.com/plastic-pollution/

Thanks,
