The Big Spring Beach Clean > 6th - 14th April

The Plastic Warriors were busy today:
Futures Forum: Sidmouth Plastic Warriors > Surfers Against Sewage's Spring Clean - Summit To Sea campaign: Saturday 6th March

And this was part of the bigger national event organised by the Surfers Against Sewage campaign:
Surfers Against Sewage | Environmental charity tackling plastic pollution

Here's a wee note from them today - highlighting a piece in yesterday's Guardian:
Big spring beach clean: UK charity organises plastic clear-up | Travel | The Guardian

Did you happen to see this brilliant article in the Guardian this weekend? We’re so stoked it shines the spotlight on the inspirational work of our volunteers and supporters.
Can you help spread the word about the Big Spring Beach Clean so we can make it the biggest ever? Click here to share it with your friends on Facebook.
The article is about you and the hundreds of thousands of Surfers Against Sewage volunteers and supporters who’re transforming beaches every day, with some great photos by Alex Turner.
I hope it gets you excited to get out there and join the Big Spring Beach Clean, if you haven’t already made up your mind. Remember it kicks off this weekend and runs til Sunday 14 April: find your nearest event here.
Thanks so much -- onwards #GenerationSea!
