Public Rights of Way through Knowle: appeal accepted

Following the rejection in June of the application for Public Rights of Way through the grounds at Knowle by the County Council's Public Rights of Way Committee

Knowle Residents’ Association have just heard that their appeal has been accepted, against the     refusal by Devon County Council to register footpaths at the Knowle as public footpaths.
