Brexit: and the Napoli

The Napoli's plight in Branscombe attracted world attention:

Bizarely, a photograph of the ship listing with its containers at a dangerous angle was used to illustrate a rather arcane debate on the City AM discussion pages - between Emily Redding, director of think tank platform Smart Thinking and Shanker Singham, director of economic policy and prosperity studies and chairman of the Special Trade Commission at the Legatum Institute:
