Come and enjoy Senior climate scientist Dr Jeff Ridley's chilly presentation 'Living on Ice' from the warmth of the centre! This will be followed by discussion and refreshments.

What is it like to spend 10 weeks in a tent at the far end of the Earth studying climate change in Antarctica? Dr Jeff Ridley tells a story of a leading a small team on a journey to a patch of ice, 400km from any assistance, in the pursuit of science.
