Hosted by the Science Festival, their website is already showing some detail of what to expect 
- starting with the parallel Science Week hosted by the Norman Lockyer Observatory:



British Science Week Family Day

Saturday 18th March 2017 
11:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Hands on science displays for all the family. Talks, planetarium shows, story telling, rocket launching, telescopes and historic telescope tours, meteor observing, and solar observing if conditions allow.
