These are the 'new-build' offices at Knowle, as opposed to the former Victorian hotel.

These were built in the late 1970s/early 1980s.

Subsequent to the alteration works to the Knowle in 1974, as numbers of staff increased, in 1978 the first of the two new office blocks were constructed to accommodate the expanding Council. The second new office block being commenced in 1983. Currently the Office Extensions provides a gross internal floor area of 1,938 m2.
