It's a project put together by the RSA:

Welcome to the group for Town Digital Hub - your one stop shop for better local living.

Council budgets have been reduced by a third since 2012 and deeper cuts lie ahead. To avoid public services crisis, councils must collaborate with other sectors on a new localism.

Town Digital Hub is a revolutionary non-profit Web platform, based on modern psychology and collaboration theory, that allows local government, community organisations, and local businesses to work together to address directly the personal goals of citizens, eliminate gaps/overlaps in provision, and reduce costs on all sides.

Help us take to other communities a collaborative approach that is transforming the way public services are delivered, improving quality of life, and providing a safety net for austerity.
