The current state of employment land sites in the Sid Valley

In the light of prospective developers rejecting the Manstone site:

The sites are as follows:
1 Knowle - EDDC HQ
2 Alexandra Road Industrial Estate
3 Manstone Lande- EDDC depot
4 Parson’s Yard - now building site for gated community
5 Eastern Town - Port Royal & Drill Hall
6 Woods Farm
7 Cotford
8 Trow Hill
9 Layby

As well, of course, as the largest site currently in the draft Local Plan:

There is controversy about most of these:
