District Council and plastic pollution >>> Sending plastic to the correct reprocessor: a follow-up FOI request >>> "Information not held"

Back in the summer, a Freedom of Information request was made to the District Council, specifically about their plastic waste:
Futures Forum: District Council and plastic pollution >>> What percentage is recycled, what percentage is incinerated and what percentage goes to landfill? Some answers received...

As it was not clear exactly what went where:

Futures Forum: Plastic waste > East Devon's "high quality recycling now being transported to processing plants across the UK and Europe" > but where exactly does my recycling go?

A further request was sent to the County Council - but with similarly depressing results, namely that very little information was held:

Futures Forum: County Council and plastic pollution >>> "the Council will use its position and responsibility to raise awareness of the issues surrounding single-use plastics" >>> BUT the Council "does not hold information" on how its reprocessors deal with its plastic waste 

Since then, two follow-up requests have been made:

Answers were forthcoming from both councils this week - but again with only very little information provided, the answers to most questions as follows:
