An event of interest for all coastline communities:

Transition Exeter's November Meeting is on Wednesday November 27th
(not Thursday the 28th as mentioned in our October newsletter).

The venue is the Exeter Community Centre in St David's Hill,
near the Iron Bridge, at 7.30pm.

"Living with a Changing Coast" is a fascinating project to help coastal communities prepare for and adapt to future changes to the coastline as a result of climate change and coastal erosion.

In our area, it centres on the Exe Estuary, including Dawlish Warren, Powderham and Exminster Marshes, the Lower Clyst Valley at Topsham and Exmouth.

Jane Levick is the Principal Engagement Officer working for the Environment Agency and should be an interesting speaker.
