The physiology of cycling: Sidmouth Science Festival @ Tour of Britain: Weds 18th Sept

A second event put together by the Vision Group/Sidmouth Science Festival: just roll up at the Market Square:


Cycling Sports Assessment and Demo

Cycling Sports Assessment and Demonstration by University of Exeter

University of Exeter, Sport and Health Science department, will explain the physiology of cycling in a series of talks and practical demonstrations using cycle ergometers, heart rate monitors and blood lactate testing. 
Speak to sports science support staff about how science can inform cycle training and competition for both children and adults. 
Chance for local riders to have a go.
