Sid Valley Neighbourhood Plan now submitted to District Council for final examination

A fortnight ago, the chair of the Sid Valley Neighbourhood Plan steering group formally presented the Plan to the Town Council - who would then in turn submit it to the District Council:

Sidmouth Submission of Plan to Local Authority - Regulation 16

Sidmouth Town Council as the qualifying body prepared and submitted the Sid Valley Neighbourhood Development Plan (the Plan) to East Devon District Council. 

The Regulation 16 consultation period will run until Friday 15 February.

Pre-submission Consultation

Sidmouth Town Council Neighbourhood Plan is now open for consultation until 12 April 2018.  The pre-submission version of the Plan is available below with details of how to make comments.

Neighbourhood Area Designation

Sidmouth Town Council requested that the whole of their parish be designated a Neighbourhood Area. The designation was approved on the 31st March 2016.
