Futures Forum: Plans for Port Royal: anticipating a Regeneration Board >> Scoping Study consultation > 'this is not what we expected'
The following studies have been sent to this blog and show that "all the community spaces and the 30 resident units can be easily accommodated in a smaller footprint with less height than has been proposed in the Port Royal Scoping Study."
"It begs the question what is the purpose of this extra capacity and what is it meant for? Is this really the right solution for Port Royal? It appears most in Sidmouth do not think so."
